Maj D.P Singh

Maj Devender Pal Singh is a Kargil War hero, India’s first blade runner and a double limca record holder. Declared dead on arrival at the hospital during Kargil War, luck favoured Maj D P Singh and he was eventually revived from his deathbed. However, the incident cost him his right leg. Around 40 shrapnels embedded are still present inside his various body parts. Through his NPO “The Challenging Ones”, he is actively involved in motivating other physically challenged. Through training others, he aims to bring medals in Paralympics for India.

Alok Dixit

Alok Dixit is a journalist turned social activist. As the founder member of 'Stop Acid Attacks' movement, he has been working towards helping and empowering acid attack survivors. His efforts include “Sheroes Hangout”, a Café close to Taj Mahal being run by acid attack survivors.

Dr. Vikram Patel

Listed as one of the world's 100 most influential people by TIME magazine, Dr. Vikram Patel, is a psychiatrist and researcher best known for his work on child development and mental disability in low-resource settings. He serves on four Government of India Committees including ‘The Mental Health Policy Group’ which drafted India’s first national mental health policy. As a co-founder of the NGO Sangath and the Centre for Global Mental Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, he helps spread the simple yet profound idea of mental health for all.

Sankalp Kohli

An MBA from NMIMS Mumbai, Sankalp is not only a high performing management professional but also an author and a speaker whose subject involves the ‘Art of Storytelling’. He intends to popularize storytelling in the academic as well as the professional domain as he believes storytelling significantly improves people’s understanding of a subject.

Subash Subbier

Subhash Subbier is Coordinator at Isai Ambalam School. Part of Auroville Experimental township, it is one of the India’s pioneers in experimental education. It started as for catering needs of young adults who were dropouts from other learning establishments. For the last 10 years the school has been successfully specializing in conducting experiments in education by adopt­ing innovative, effective and comprehensive educational methods that make learning easier, faster, more joyous and holistic.

Ramanuj Mukherjee

Ramanuj is co-founder of education startup iPleaders which aims at making law accessible through mass legal education including teaching women how to enforce their legal rights. He had also founded CLAThacker.com (a web 2.0 platform for law aspirants) in 2008, to make legal education and knowledge that helps one to get into top law schools in the country more accessible. In July 2013 he founded SuperLawyers, curating career insights of lawyers from India, to build a breed of super lawyers.
